What's the difference between Personal and Commercial?
Personal is for your portfolio, pitches, student work, and organic social. Anywhere you're showing off your work without running paid ads or using it on behalf of a client. Commercial covers everything else: client projects, paid campaigns, e-commerce listings, branded content. If money's involved, go Commercial.
Do I need Photoshop?
Yes. These are PSD files built for Adobe Photoshop. Keep your version up to date for the smoothest experience.
How do I place my design?
Open the PSD, find the smart object layer (it's clearly labelled), double click it, paste or place your design, save, close. Photoshop does the rest. The whole thing takes under a minute once you've done it once.
Do you offer refunds?
Because these are digital files, we don't offer refunds once downloaded. If something's broken or not working as described, reach out and we'll sort it.
